Fitcorp’s Policies
Freeze
Members may freeze their membership for up to 6 full calendar months. The freeze request must be received in writing by the 10th of the month for it to take effect on the 1st of the following month. Retroactive freezes are not permitted. Other restrictions are as follows:
- Members who have a 12 month membership contract commitment cannot freeze until 12 months of full dues have been paid.
- Members who have a month-to-month contract cannot freeze until 3 months of full dues have been paid.
- Freezes pertain to dues only, not rental lockers.
Freeze fees are as follows:
- Prepaid annual and payroll deduction members – $10 payable at the time the freeze is requested.
- EFT members – $5 processing fee payable at the time the freeze is requested and $5 paid via EFT for each month on freeze.
Termination
- Terminations must be received by the 10th of the month to take effect on the 1st of the following month.
- Members who have a 12 month membership contract commitment cannot terminate until 12 months of full dues have been paid.
- New members who join under a promotion cannot terminate until 3 months of full dues have been paid.

Usage Restrictions
- Boston members have unlimited access to all Fitcorp locations (except Boston Racquet Club).
- Suburban members have unlimited access to all Suburban locations and weekend access to Boston locations.
